How to Make Instant Pot Baked Potatoes
First, start off by washing the potatoes to remove any dirt. Then insert the trivet into your inner pot of the Instant Pot.
Fork the potatoes. You heard me, fork ’em! {wink} Stab the potatoes with a fork all over to let the steam release while they cook! Now is a great time to let out those frustrations, haha!

Add the potatoes to the inner pot of the Instant Pot, stacking if necessary, but be sure not to fill past the fill line that’s marked on the pot. Place the lid and turn the vent to SEALING.

Cook on high pressure. Let the pot naturally pressure release for at least 10 minutes before venting the vent and opening the lid. Carefully remove the potatoes with tongs because they will be hot potatoes — get it? Hot potatoes, lol!
