russet potatoes
large or 6-7 (medium/small)

Instructions
Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of your pot.
1 cup water
Place the trivet inside
Clean each potato from dirt. Lightly scrub with a scrub brush and warm water.
Add your potatoes stacked to the pot on the trivet.
5 russet potatoes
Close the lid on your Instant Pot and close the sealing valve.
Set your Instant Pot to High Pressure. Set Time accordingly:
SMALL Potatoes - 5-7 minutes
MEDIUM Potatoes - 10-12 minutes
Large Potatoes - 17-20 minutes
Allow your potatoes to naturally pressure release for about 10minutes before manually releasing and carefully bringing the valve toward you.
Remove each potato with tong as they are hot.
Transfer to your serving dish or plate. Cut the potato down the middle and add your desired toppings!
