Spruce up your average class of champagne with this sweet and delicious Vanilla Champagne Cocktail.  Garnish with a vanilla rock candy stick or a long vanilla bean this elegant cocktail will be perfect for any celebration!

The Oscars are coming up soon and my girlfriends and I love to get together!  We make our winner predictions, snack on some delicious appetizers like this Asparagus and Proscuitto Tart and drink champagne out of, dare I say it, REAL glass champagne glasses!  I know, we are really living on the edge!  :)

When I get a night with the girls I usually indulge a bit as I am sure most of you like to as well.  My girl’s nights are far and few so I like to spice things up a bit when we do get together.  Pairing your favorite champagne with some vanilla vodka takes this drink to a whole new level.

My Favorite Glasses & Barware:

• World Market Champagne Flutes
• Double Jigger
• White Serving Tray
• Quartz Marble Coasters

I use Vanilla Vodka but if you are not looking to indulge that much, you can also substitute some vanilla extract or some sugar-free vanilla syrup as well.  Me?  Well, I am a big fan of vodka so this is right up my alley!

Taking it one step further I garnish the drinks with a stick of rock candy or a Tahitian vanilla bean.  The rock candy will dissolve as you drink creating a sweet ending!  The vanilla bean just adds more of that rich vanilla flavor!

Vanilla Champagne Cocktail would be great for engagement parties, birthdays, a fun New Year’s Eve Cocktail and so much more!  I find that some of my most favorite drinks are simple spins on classics!

Ingredients

 

1x2x3x

• ▢ 1 bottle champagne
• ▢ 5 ounces Vanilla flavored vodka
• ▢ 5 each Rock Candy Sticks, optional
• ▢ 5 each Vanilla Bean, optional

Instructions

 

• Pour champagne into glasses.
• Add 1 ounce of vanilla vodka to each glass
• Garnish with Rocky Candy Stick or Vanilla Bean
• Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a weaker cocktail, you may substitute the vanilla vodka for 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or 1-2 teaspoons vanilla syrup.
