For those of us who are trying hard to watch what we eat and who still want a sweet treat, these candy corn fruit parfaits are the perfect answer! There is no need to sacrifice some deliciousness!! Even better using fruits and a small bit of whip you are getting your fix without all that heavy sugar! It’s a total win!
If you have fresh fruit in season then that is a great choice! If you don’t, then I love to use Dole Canned fruits in 100% fruit juice. This treat is simply about layering the fruits in candy corn colors!
I picked up these awesome stemless martini glasses at World Market that are essentially a candy corn shape upside down! I thought they’d be perfect for these parfaits however you can use any clear glass or plastic container for these!

How to Make Candy Corn Fruit Parfaits
Time needed: 5 minutes.
Create a delicious treat that is masquerading as a classic Halloween candy! Use whipped cream or yogurt and your favorite yellow and orange fruits! Fresh or canned both work great!
- Get a bowl
I found these great triangle-shaped, stemless, martini glasses at World Market, they are linked above.
- Add Whipped Cream or Yogurt
Add some whipped cream or yogurt to the bottom portion of the glass. Add a bit more than you think as the fruit will weigh it down a bit.
- Add Orange Layer
I used canned mandarin oranges. You can use fresh mandarins, regular oranges, or canteloupe.
- Add Yellow Layer
I used canned pineapple. You can use canned, fresh, or yellow watermelon.
There you have it. A super fun candy corn parfait in minutes! These would be perfect for Halloween Party treats or Classroom Parties! You could also use regular oranges and bananas. Any fruit that is orange or yellow!

Candy Corn Fruit Parfait | Healthy Halloween Treat
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges, (may use fresh Cuties, peeled and sectioned)
- 1 can Pineapple Chunks, (may use fresh, peeled, cored and cut into bite size pieces)
- 1 container Whipped Topping, Yougurt also works great
- Layer ingredients in small glass bowl or cup to resemble a candy corn.
