Watermelon cookies are the perfect treat to welcome summer! I made mine from all store bought ingredients so they whip up in a matter of minutes but look like you have been a hardworking baker! They taste even better because they are so cute!!
Ok I might have a small addiction to all things Watermelon! I love the fruit itself, I love the watermelon flavor like in candy and snow cones, I love the colors, I love it all! {maybe not the seeds but who likes seeds?} I wanted to kick off summer with a sweet treat for the boys and Watermelon Cookies fit the bill!
These could not be easier because everything is store bought. You can certainly make a batch of your favorite sugar cookie recipe but Pillsbury worked just fine for mine!
