You guys! My world is rocked! I adore buttercream icing and was hoping for an easy way to flavor it other than the standards of vanilla and chocolate and I am so excited to introduce you to my 3 Ingredient White Chocolate Raspberry Frosting Recipe! Yes…THREE ingredients only and it will rock your socks off!
My husband loves cookies. Loves, loves, loves cookies and he also loves raspberry. I adore sugar cookies. So dressing up sugar cookies with this amazing frosting is hitting the head on the nail for both of us! I even used pre-made roll sugar cookie dough. You would never know they were from the refrigerator section when you top them with this delicious 3 ingredient frosting!
OK are you ready?
International Delight White Chocolate Creamer, Powdered Sugar and Butter are the only three ingredients you will need! I am telling you, after you make this once you will be flavoring all the frostings! Haha!
I used my stand mixer but you can also use a hand mixer and I just added 1/3 cup softened butter** to 3 cups powdered sugar.
TIP: **Did you know that if you need some help to soften your butter….you can use the defrost setting on your microwave! I put my cold butter on a microwave safe plate. Put it in on defrost for (0.2 lb.) <—mine goes by weight and I pulled it out a bit early when I saw the bottom of the butter start to glisten against the plate. It was the perfect “softness”.
I added a tablespoon at a time of the International Delight White Chocolate Raspberry Creamer and allowed the ingredients to mix well. Don’t go to fast or you will have 3 Ingredient soup! I ended up using 3 full tablespoons and a few more drops after that! Go slow and steady. Don’t rush adding the creamer.
Once it was whipped together, it tasted like heaven! I cannot wait to flavor more icings for cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls and so much more! This was such an easy way to gain delicious flavor and I was not buying extra extracts that I will only use once a year. The creamer is divine in my coffee (and hot chocolate) as I have talked about numerous times! Yay!
3 Ingredient White Chocolate Raspberry Frosting
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 3-4 tablespoons International Delight White Chocolate Raspberry Creamer
- Add powdered sugar and butter to mixing bowl or stand mixer and beat on low.
- Add in the creamer in 1 table spoon increments until the mixture has reached the desired frosting consistency.
- Don't rush the liquid. You may have to add even a drop or two at a time. It changes quickly!
