When we visited Arizona, I was able to love all over our brand new 2 week old niece while we were there and I was in heaven! I couldn’t come empty handed and miss my opportunity to make some thing GIRLY for her! I decided on a Rosette Headband to match an infant tutu! No Sew Infant/Newborn Tutu

In honor of a friend’s new baby girl, I made a new baby girl tutu! My plans for this infant tutu vary from when I made my toddler/little lady tutu here. New babies lie around in a swing or bouncy or in someones arms most of the day! I know? Who would have thought! Who wants to sleep on a pound of tulle smooshed up behind them? Since newborns also don’t move much on their own, the elastic used before seemed a bit overkill for a mostly stationary little person. Having doted on those adorable tutus listed on Etsy for weeks, I jumped at the chance to make one, or two for my baby cousin for her 3rd birthday. My aunt who runs a daycare loved them and asked me to make her 6 for her little girls she cares for. Below are my step by step instructions for making a darling tutu!
