1cupbaby spinachLittle Salad Bar
1cupkaleSimply Nature
1/3cupalmond milkFriendly Farms
1tspchia seeds
fresh fruitof choice for toppings
Instructions
Add spinach, kale and almond milk to your blender. Blend on juice setting if available or on high until the leaves of the spinach and kale are thoroughly blended.
Add chia seeds and frozen fruit to blender mixture and blend again on soft serve option if available or on medium-low setting until you've reached the consistency of soft serve icecream.
Add your smoothie to a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Those can included, fresh fruit {bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, raspberries, blackberries} nuts, coconut flakes, or chia seeds. Enjoy with a spoon!
