Ingredients

unsalted butter
room temp, 1 stick

powdered sugar

Heavy Cream
Instructions
Add the butter to a large mixing bowl or stand mixer and mix on medium speed for 1-2 minutes.
Turn the speed to low and slowly add in the powdered sugar one cup at a time.
Pause to scrape the bowl, add in the heavy cream and cocoa powder.
Continue to mix on medium-high speed for another minute.
Transfer to a piping bag or spread using an offset spatula
