No more standing over boiling pots of water for the perfect corn on the cob! In minutes you can have this classic summer side dish ready and spend your time with your family!
Insert the trivet and place corn on the cob in the pot.
Add 1 cup water to the inner pot of your pressure cooker.
Place the lid and turn the vent valve to SEALING
Using the MANUAL setting, set time for 3 minutes
When cooking is complete, carefully use a long handled spoon to move the vent from SEALING to VENTING and release the pressure of the pot.
Carefully remove from cobs of corn from the pressure cooker using tongs.
Season as desired. We like plain and simple, salt, pepper and a pat of butter! Enjoy
Notes
The number of corn cobs will not change any cooking instructions. You can use as many as you can fit and keep under the Max Fill line on your inner pot. The more you add the longer the pot will take to come to pressure. You may use water or stock for the liquid. The stock does add flavor to the corn however if you are smothering with toppings then water will do! If you love corn naked, I urge you to try the stock!
