3 Ingredient Beer Bread

The perfect flavorful, dense but still soft, crispy outside but soft centered bread to complete your meal. Perfect to lap up a soup or scrumptious gravy. CUbe it up and using it as the perfect carrier to get a dip to your mouth. I have it for you with this simple, 3 ingredient beer bread recipe!

  • 3 cups Self Rising Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 12 ounces beer 12 ounces


  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and beer. The dough will be sticky.
  • Pour dough into loaf pan and spread to make it even in the pan.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  • Let rest in pan on cooling rack for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and wait until a bit cooler to slice or cube.
  • When pulling the bread out of the oven, you may also brush top with melted butter. Totally optional, but...butter!


Substitution: Replace beer with dark regular soda, not diet
