Susan, you can pull the tulle strips in opposite directions to get the layered look.  Making the top layer a bit shorter.  Once it is wrapped around them it really fills out!]]></description>

I&#039;ve been searching for one to purchase online for awhile now, and with tulle on sale at hobby lobby for 99¢ a yard you just saved me a fortune:). I would advise purchasing a little over a yard...I was a bit short and had to make a return trip....(that&#039;s the kind of standard advice your mom gives you when buying fabric, but of course I didn&#039;t even think about it) oh well...tutu is BEAUTIFUL!  Thanks!]]></description>
