100% true! I never could understand those parents who were sad when their kids just ran off to daycare or school, happy as can be. Do you know what it’s like to have them cling to you, weeping? Not fun. Mine needs social time as much as I need alone time; no one will ever love her more than I do, but having quiet time is necessary for my mental health. Kudos to you for saying it like it is for you. Mom-shamers gonna shame; ignore those bitches
