In reply to Tawny Haber. This file is a direct download so after you click the green button and it circles back, the download is on your computer where ever you have selected to have downloads go. Often there is a downloads folder. My files all start with TWCS so you can search using that term if you are not sure where your downloads go.

I’m having the same issue. When I submit my name and email it takes me to a green download button. When I click it it brings me right back to resubmit in my name and email address, with no file.

In reply to Lara. Lara the password option is throwing a toddler tantrum today, if you enter your name and email again and press the green download button it will work! You won't be subscribed twice!
