I just opened my box for the first time and have no idea what I’m doing. I’m close to the stage of “this is too much and I’m overwhelmed”. Not sure if this is an advanced project, but I’m trying to personalize a hockey puck. My son likes pikachu (Pokémon) and thought that was a “simple” design. I uploaded the image and have permanent yellow vinyl. That’s where I stopped. How do I give it the red cheeks and black eyes (and black ears)? Can I cut and draw on top of the cut shape?

Yes absolutely! You will follow the same procedure of selecting the SVG once on your mat and sized and then changing the line type to DRAW. The pens will write the OUTLINE of the SVG however. If you would prefer it not be an outline, then I would re-type it and choose a writing font from the font list.

I have a Cricut Explore Air and have a poem as a SVG file. Is it possible to use the Cricut pens to write the poem? I am really unfamiliar with SVG files too - is that a format that I can adjust size in Design Space? Thanks!
