This recipe is absolutely delicious , easy to prepare and healthy . The author’s recommendations for prep and possible presentations were helpful as well. I encourage people to add pineapple to their diet as it is a great source for one’s auto immune system. I have made this with frozen pineapple chucks by pulsing it in my food processor. The results are great and always available for a relatively quick easy treat. Thanks for sharing!
