This snack mix is perfect for indoor moving watching, taking to the park or just enjoying while the kids are napping!  That’s right, I am one of those people who eat delicious treats while their kids are out of the room so they don’t have to share!  (I am not ashamed!)

You only need 3 ingredients!  A box of Golden Grahams, Some Mini Marshmallows and Chocolate Chips.  I told you this was easy!

I covered a baking sheet with approximately 3 cups of Golden Grahams cereal.  Make sure the cereal is covering all the pan but keeping it in a thin single layer.

Next I melted 1 cup of Milk Chocolate Chips over a double boiler (you can also microwave) until it’s was smooth and creamy.

Then I generously drizzled the chocolate across the grahams.  I reserved about 1/4 of the chocolate for later.

While my chocolate drizzle is still “wet” cover with mini marshmallows.  I didn’t measure how many I used, I just make sure it looked good and marshmallow-y :)

I gently pressed the marshmallows down into the chocolate and graham crackers and then drizzled the remaining reserved chocolate on top of the marshmallows to hold it all together.

Next I chilled in the refrigerator and then when the chocolate is set you can break it apart in smaller pieces!

Who wouldn’t want S’More of this?  {wink, wink}
